Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing training curriculum, course materials, assignments, and assessments for technical learners.
• Experience providing technical support, debugging guidance, and evaluating trainee progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.

This role requires frequent travel across India to conduct training sessions at various client locations.

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular, tailored to learners at various skill levels.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Technical Support: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a Quality Control framework to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, meeting client and learner expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and content developers to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
