Job summary

HanaV Manufacturing And Business Private Limited in Bengaluru, India is seeking an Estimations Manager to lead project cost estimation, prepare accurate quotations, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, production and sales teams.

You will review customer requirements and project scope, estimate material and manufacturing costs, and ensure competitive and profitable quotations across manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in estimation, costing, quotation, or commercial roles in manufacturing.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, material costs, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, pricing, quotation preparation, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and project scope for estimation.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial quotations for manufacturing projects.
• Estimate material, machining, fabrication, labor, tooling, and other production costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales teams for costing inputs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and vendor quotations for required materials and processes.
• Analyze project costs, margins, and pricing to ensure commercially viable quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize estimation methods and processes.
• Maintain estimation records and provide regular updates on quotation status and project costing.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, experience with CNC machining, fabrication, sheet metal, or similar manufacturing processes is an advantage
