Job summary

HanaV Manufacturing And Business Private Limited in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead and coordinate manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, procurement, vendors, and customers to meet time and quality targets.

The role requires 3–4 years in manufacturing/project management, a relevant engineering degree, and strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing/project management.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.
• Experience in CNC machining, fabrication, die casting, or similar manufacturing operations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor manufacturing projects from start to completion.
• Manage project timelines, production schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time production and customer delivery
• Understand customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Identify project delays, risks, and production issues and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate material, tooling, manpower, and other project requirements.
• Track quality, cost, delivery, and overall project performance.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams.
