Zoho is seeking a creative and analytical E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive online sales, digital growth, customer engagement, and retail marketing initiatives from Park Street, Kolkata. The role requires a strong blend of strategy, hands‑on execution, and data‑driven decision making.

The successful candidate will manage Meta & Google Ads, Shopify platform optimization, CRM/Loyalty campaigns, and content strategies across Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Digital / Retail Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, Shopify, CRM/Loyalty, and Retail Marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email Marketing.
• Strong analytical, campaign management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to convert marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
