Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Quality Analyst in Maharashtra to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of QA experience, specifically from a BPO background with domestic processes and strong communication skills. Hands-on knowledge of 7QC and audit trend analysis is preferred.

The role involves evaluating agent performance, providing actionable feedback, and coordinating calibration sessions to improve overall quality metrics. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience is required.
• Must have domestic process and customer service background from BPO.
• Hands-on with 7QC is preferred.
• Strong audit trend analysis and feedback delivery within time targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits and monitor quality metrics.
• Coordinate calibration sessions and maintain calibration processes.
• Provide feedback to agents and document audit trends.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and target audits.

Roles & responsibilities :

• 1+ years documented experience as Quality Analyst is required.
• Experience into Domestic Process & Customer service background is mandatory. ( SHOULD BE FROM BPO BACKGROUND )
• Hands on experience into 7QC is Preferred.
• Providing active feedback to agents & generating audit trends as defined or as per critical needs without compromising total target audits in 80% of available time.
• Implementing Quality Monitoring Standards & Monitoring ID movements/follow-ups taking corrective measures towards improvement.
• Coordinate for calibration sessions and adherence towards enhancing calibrated process.

Shifts

Fixed shifts/Sat & Sun fixed off.

Notice period:

Immediate Joiner to 15 days preferred.

Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills Required
