Job summary

Ambe Healthcare Staffing seeks a Healthcare Staffing Trainer to design, deliver, and drive high-impact training for our recruitment and delivery teams. This hybrid, travel-inclusive role blends on-site weeks in Mumbai and Nashik with remote work from home.

You will onboard recruiters to US healthcare staffing frameworks, run refresher modules, coordinate with delivery managers, and own the training vertical. Requires 3+ years in US/global staffing training and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trainer/L&D experience in US/global Healthcare Staffing.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site weeks in Mumbai and Nashik.
• Experience onboarding and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Induction: train recruiters on US Healthcare Staffing frameworks, terminology, credentialing and portals.
• Skill Enhancement: refresher modules on sourcing, candidate engagement, pay-rate negotiations, market intelligence.
• On-Site Workshops: conduct workshops and 1-on-1 coaching during Mumbai/Nashik weeks.
• Virtual Enablement: maintain engagement and updates during remote weeks.
• Quality & Performance Alignment: audit calls, identify skill gaps, and upskill accordingly.

About the Role

Are you a dynamic Learning & Development specialist with expertise in US/International Healthcare Staffing? We are looking for an energetic Healthcare Staffing Trainer to design, drive, and deliver high-impact training programs for our recruitment and delivery teams.

This is a unique hybrid role designed for maximum flexibility and collaborative impact. You will spend one week per month engaging directly with our team at our Mumbai office, one week with our Nashik office, and the remaining two weeks working remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Induction: Train new recruiters on US Healthcare Staffing frameworks, clinical terminologies, credentialing, compliance, and VMS/MSP portals.
• Skill Enhancement: Conduct refresher modules on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, pay-rate negotiations, and market intelligence.
• On-Site Workshops: Facilitate interactive, classroom-style workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions during your office weeks in Mumbai and Nashik.
• Virtual Enablement: Maintain continuous engagement, performance tracking, and module updates during remote weeks.
• Quality & Performance Alignment: Partner with Delivery Managers to audit calls, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted upskilling solutions.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or L&D Specialist in the US/Global Healthcare Staffing industry.
• Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of Healthcare Roles (Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Non-Clinical), VMS/MSP ecosystems, and US compliance.
• Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional verbal, written, and classroom presentation skills.
• Mobility: Comfortable traveling for designated on-site weeks to Mumbai and Nashik.
