Job summary

BrothersTech in Vadodara is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to source and recruit US healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied). This onsite role requires 1–2 years' experience and offers a US night shift with an 8-hour work day.

You will screen candidates, negotiate pay, coordinate submissions, manage interviews and onboarding, and handle contract, travel, per diem, and permanent staffing needs. Strong English communication and independence in a US shift are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Knowledge of US healthcare roles, job portals and recruitment processes.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in US shifts.
