Job summary

Compunnel is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager US Healthcare Staffing in Noida Sector 142, onsite, with US night shift. You will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients, MSP/VMS programs, and healthcare recruitment teams.

The candidate should have 8+ years in US Healthcare Staffing and 3+ years in Delivery Management or Operations Leadership, with proven ability to manage multiple teams and client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for US Healthcare Staffing across MSP, VMS, and direct clients.
• Lead Nursing, Allied Health, Physicians, and Non-Clinical roles.
• Drive SLA, TAT, submission quality, interview and placement targets.
• Lead multiple Team Leads and recruitment teams.
• Manage recruiter capacity, workload, performance and development.
• Escalation point for clients, Account Managers and leadership.
• Support onboarding, account expansion and workforce planning.
• Monitor compliance, credentialing, licensing, background checks and docs.
• Track delivery metrics like fill ratio and redeployment.
• Oversee reporting via ATS/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, Vaya).
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Support RFPs, client presentations and workforce planning.
• Drive best practices, automation and scalable processes.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager US Healthcare Staffing to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients, MSP/VMS programs, and healthcare recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing, team leadership, client management, MSP/VMS operations, compliance, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for US Healthcare Staffing across MSP, VMS, and direct clients.
• Manage delivery for Nursing, Allied Health, Physicians, and Non-Clinical healthcare roles.
• Drive SLA, TAT, submission quality, interview, and placement targets.
• Lead multiple Team Leads and recruitment teams.
• Manage recruiter capacity, workload allocation, performance, and team development.
• Act as the key escalation point for clients, Account Managers, and internal leadership.
• Support client onboarding, account expansion, and workforce planning.
• Monitor healthcare compliance, credentialing, licensing, background checks, and documentation.
• Track key delivery metrics including fill ratio, submission-to-interview ratio, aging requirements, redeployment, and attrition.
• Manage reporting through ATS/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Vaya.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Support RFPs, client presentations, market analysis, and strategic workforce planning.
• Drive best practices, automation, and scalable recruitment processes.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+years of US Healthcare Staffing experience.
• 3+ years in Delivery Management / Program Management / Operations Leadership.
• Strong experience managing multiple teams and client accounts.
• Excellent knowledge of US Healthcare recruitment and staffing models.
• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS workflows and healthcare credentialing/compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Vaya, or similar VMS platforms.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume delivery within aggressive SLAs.

Good to Have

• Experience with large MSP/enterprise healthcare programs.
• Exposure to Travel Nursing and Locum Tenens staffing.
• Experience with RFPs, client presentations, and workforce planning.
• Strong data-driven and process-improvement mindset.

Education

Bachelors degree required; MBA/HR/Operations preferred.
