Job summary

CureMeAbroad is seeking a proactive patient support specialist to move qualified leads from exploration to readiness for doctor conversations. You will assess medical needs, budget, and goals to propose suitable hospital and surgeon options across our global network.

Your role involves coordinating appointments, maintaining clear patient communication, and tracking conversion trends to optimize the process. Experience with international clients and a hospitality mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with US or international clients.
• Hospitality background a plus (luxury hotels, premium travel brands).
• Track record generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities in an international sales context.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across countries, cultures, and time zones.
