Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide Level 2 support for clinical systems, quickly resolving incidents, service requests, and escalations from L1 teams.

You will troubleshoot applications, perform root cause analysis, document solutions, and train users while coordinating with vendors and IT governance to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance. This role requires hands-on knowledge of PACS and RIS tools listed in the job description.
