Job summary

Technocruitx is seeking a Software Support professional to provide application support to healthcare users, troubleshoot workflow issues, and manage incidents within defined SLAs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.

The role emphasizes UAT, testing, and documentation, with a focus on improving workflows and user access control. Healthcare software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support for healthcare applications.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Incident/ticket management experience.

• UAT and functional testing experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR is an advantage.
