Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Health Insurance Specialist role based in Lucknow. The Health Insurance Specialist will guide residents through health insurance options, explain policy coverage and benefits, and assist with enrollment, renewals, and claims-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with insurance companies, and resolving issues related to eligibility or billing. The role involves responding to inquiries in person and via phone, providing clear and empathetic customer service, and supporting residents in understanding and using their health insurance effectively. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, contribute to outreach or awareness initiatives, and adhere to regulatory and organizational policies.
