Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, finance or customer support.
• Good communication in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
• Hands-on experience with insurer portals (ICICI Lombard, HDFC ERGO, Tata AIG, Bajaj Allianz, etc.), especially for Motor insurance quotes and policy issuance (preferred).
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, strong follow-up discipline.
• On-site work at Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi.
• IC-38 certification preferred, or to be completed within 90 days of joining.

Role & responsibilities

M R Insurance Solutions (Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi) is hiring 2 Sales & Support Executives to handle both insurance sales and client servicing.

Sales Responsibilities

- Call inbound leads (JustDial, Google, referrals, social media, website) promptly and follow up consistently

- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Health, Motor, Term, Group Mediclaim, Liability, Marine and Property policies

- Generate quotes from insurer portals and present clear comparisons

- Close sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly business targets

Support Responsibilities

- Coordinate policy issuance, documents, payments and endorsements with insurers

- Follow up on renewals 30-45 days in advance and ensure zero lapse

- Assist clients with claim intimation, documentation and status follow-up

- Maintain lead, renewal and policy trackers in Excel

- Reply to client emails and calls professionally

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, finance or customer support

- Good communication in Hindi and English

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email

- Hands-on experience with insurer portals (ICICI Lombard, HDFC ERGO, Tata AIG, Bajaj Allianz, etc.), especially for Motor insurance quotes and policy issuance (preferred)

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, strong follow-up discipline

- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)

- 0-3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, BPO sales or customer support

- Prior exposure to Health, Motor or Term insurance and insurer portals is an added advantage

- Good communication in Hindi and English, confident on calls

- Comfortable with MS Excel, email and basic documentation

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, with strong follow-up discipline

- Ready to work on-site at Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi

- IC-38 certification preferred, or willing to complete it within 90 days of joining
