Job summary

Niva Bupa Health Insurance is seeking a sales executive to convert pre-qualified health insurance leads into policies. The role focuses on outbound telesales with no cold calling, leveraging warm prospects provided by the company.

You will work in a fixed day shift, target-driven environment, with an incentive-heavy package (CTC 2.6–3.5 LPA plus incentives), ESIC/PF/gratuity, and group insurance. Graduate or MBA preferred, 0–6 months experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 0-6 months' experience in outbound insurance sales, telesales, or BPO sales.
• Prior tele sales experience in Health Insurance will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell health insurance products to warm leads provided by the company.
• No cold calling; pre-qualified leads only.
• Outbound telesales process converting company-provided leads into policy sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs in a fixed day-shift environment.

Eligibility / Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
