Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Health Check-up Coordinator to manage end-to-end health check-up processes. You will schedule appointments, guide patients through test sequences, and coordinate with laboratories, radiology, cardiology and other diagnostic services to ensure timely completion of packages.

The role requires 4–5 years in hospital/healthcare operations, strong organizational skills and good patient communication.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations or health check-up coordination.
• Good patient handling and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hospital/diagnostic workflows.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end health check-up process for patients.

• Ensure a positive patient experience and timely delivery of reports.
