Job summary

Synergy Plus Business Consulting Group seeks an experienced Headmistress for the Primary Wing of a renowned school in Gurgaon. You will lead academic and day-to-day operations, ensuring curriculum implementation and high teaching-learning standards.

You will mentor teachers, monitor student progress, and collaborate with parents to support a safe, inclusive learning environment. Reporting to the Principal/Head of School, you will drive academic planning and school improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Masters degree with B.Ed. or equivalent preferred.
• 812 years of teaching/academic leadership experience, preferably in a reputed school.
• Prior experience as a Primary Coordinator/Headmistress/Academicis must.
