Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of Primary School
• Coordinate curriculum planning, lesson planning, assessments and academic calendars.
• Mentor, guide and support teachers through regular reviews, observations and feedback.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps and facilitate appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate grade-level activities, projects, assemblies, competitions and co-curricular programmes.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among teachers, students, parents and school leadership.
• Address parent and student concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain academic records, reports and grade-level documentation.
• Support examinations, assessments, parent-teacher meetings and school-wide initiatives.
• Promote student wellbeing, discipline, values and a collaborative school culture.
• Encourage innovative, experiential and technology-enabled teaching-learning practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
• B.Ed. preferred/required.
• Prior experience in a similar Coordinator/Academic Coordinator role is essential.
• Experience handling the Primary/Middle School section will be an advantage.
• Experience in a reputed CBSE, international school is preferred.
