Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in talent acquisition, proven leadership in end-to-end hiring, and strong stakeholder management. On-site position based in Kolkata, offering strategic impact and scalable hiring processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
• Strong experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy.
• Experience in offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closure.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
