Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience in progressive organizations, preferably in financial services or BPO.

Responsibilities

• Own non-mass and mass recruitment processes, ensuring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop recruitment budgets and manage costs.
• Ensure compliance with TAT and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define annual recruitment strategy.
• Support headcount planning and capacity management across regions.
• Lead succession discussions and drive HR COE initiatives.

Head - Talent Acquisition for a leading Financial Services Organisation

Role & responsibilities

• Accountability for the non-mass and mass recruitment as well as individual recruitment processes in terms of efficiency, quality, speed and internal customer satisfaction
• Responsible for development of recruitment budget, managing cost.
• Ensure compliance on all important matrixes of TAT and quality of hire.
• Work with business leaders to formulate and execute recruitment strategy for the year.
• Participate in development of goals and operational plan within area of responsibility.
• Partnering with business leaders to manage headcount and capacity planning within multiple businesses for assigned region
• Drives succession discussions with managers and business leaders throughout the year and recommend potential moves /promotions
• Facilitate implementation of HR COE programs as well as HR projects and processes in the regions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional HR experience of working in a progressive organization preferably in financial services, BPO company
• Managing a large scope HR network regional organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead self and large regional teams. Must be self-motivated and must have demonstrated significant initiatives in growing organizations and employee retention.
• Must have led diverse and creative recruitment efforts including diversified approaches and strategies.
• Experienced in implementing learning and development program across company.
• Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process, etc. experience in managing large scope change projects and initiatives.
