Job summary

The Right Links Management Consultants in Gurugram (NCR) seeks a Head of Service to oversee Service Operations across 11 satellite outlets for Commercial Vehicles. Lead a high-performing team and drive after-sales customer support to deliver quality service.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role requires deep hands-on knowledge of LMV to HMV commercial vehicles and proven experience in large-scale operations across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Age around 50 years.
• 25+ years of Overall Experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge across LMV to HMV Commercial Vehicles.
• Proven Experience in leading large-scale Service Operations, preferably across multiple outlets/dealerships.
• Role Exposure: Service operations, workshop management, customer service, technical operations, service quality, team leadership and operational performance.

Responsibilities
