With an expanding project portfolio and a focus on engineering excellence, the organization is scaling its Material Handling Division to become a market leader in Coal Handling Plants (CHPs) and allied systems.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director, you will:
- Lead and scale the Material Handling Division as a strategic business unit.
- Drive business growth through order book expansion, client engagement, and partnerships.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical leadership across civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering.
- Drive value engineering, standardization, and adoption of digital tools and automation.
- Own P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Strengthen procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
- Champion HSSE practices and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and project teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Brings 18-25 years of experience in EPC, coal, mining, or bulk material handling sectors.
- Strong expertise in CHP systems, SILO loading, conveyors, and bulk handling equipment.
- Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and project execution.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, contract management, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic leader with the ability to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
