With an expanding project portfolio and a focus on engineering excellence, the organization is scaling its Material Handling Division to become a market leader in Coal Handling Plants (CHPs) and allied systems.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you will:

  • Lead and scale the Material Handling Division as a strategic business unit.
  • Drive business growth through order book expansion, client engagement, and partnerships.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering.
  • Drive value engineering, standardization, and adoption of digital tools and automation.
  • Own P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Strengthen procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Champion HSSE practices and ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and project teams.
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Brings 18-25 years of experience in EPC, coal, mining, or bulk material handling sectors.
