Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of new store openings and renovations.

• Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events with partners and retail stakeholders.

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors including contractors, fabricators, logistics partners, and event suppliers.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and status reports.

We seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the execution of new store openings, store renovations, exhibitions, and partner-led events. The role requires strong coordination across internal teams, vendors, landlords, and the Design Lab to ensure that every project reflects the brands craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury retail standards.

Key responsibilities:

Retail Store Development:

• Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings and renovations.
• Coordinate closely with the Design Lab and internal teams to implement global store design standards.
• Work with landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project timelines, budgets, approvals, logistics and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and luxury retail presentation standards.

Exhibition and Brand events:

• Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events with partners and retail stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics, design elements, installations, and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure brand storytelling and experiential quality consistent with positioning.

Vendor and stakeholder management:

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors including contractors, fabricators, logistics partners, and event suppliers.
• Act as the central point of contact between partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality delivery.

Project coordination and reporting:

• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Manage approvals and documentation required for store development and events.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Work Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in retail project management, store development, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
• Experience working with luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Proven experience managing store fit-outs, events, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
