• Quality & Safety Compliance: Establish quality control standards, regularly inspect outputs, and enforce strict health and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, negotiate costs, and implement measures to minimize waste and reduce expenses.
• Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine repairs and preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel, assign shifts, and foster a high-performance floor culture.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs, report to senior management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
