Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency invites applications for Head – Pre-Primary. The role combines Curriculum Writing, Subject SME work, and Teacher Training for Nursery to UKG. You will design developmentally appropriate curricula, coach teachers, and lead workshops to raise teaching quality across centres.

You will mentor educators, ensure alignment with standards, integrate literacy, numeracy and socio-emotional learning, and drive digital learning initiatives to engage young learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or Child Psychology.
• 10+ years of experience in early childhood education.
• Experience in academic leadership, teacher mentorship or school coordination.
• Proficient in creating engaging content and delivering impactful training sessions.
• Preferred certifications in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, or Finland-based methodologies.
• Preferred experience with CBSE, ICSE or international curricula (EYFS, IB PYP).
• Preferred exposure to inclusive education and differentiated instruction.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teachers.

Responsibilities

Head – Pre-Primary: This is a multi-functional role combining Curriculum Writing, Subject

Matter Expertise (SME), and Teacher Training for the Pre-Primary segment (Nursery, LKG

and UKG). This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood education, curriculum

design, pedagogy and classroom dynamics, together with the ability to train, mentor and

inspire pre-primary educators, ensuring that both the curriculum and its classroom delivery
