Job summary

RBK Educational Institutions in Gujarat seeks a Coordinator for Pre-Primary to oversee day-to-day academic and administrative functioning, guide teachers in lesson planning, monitor curriculum, and ensure safe, developmentally appropriate classrooms.

You will promote play-based, child-centred learning, coordinate events, maintain records, communicate with parents, and collaborate with the Principal and Academic Team to uphold CBSE standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / Montessori / D.El.Ed / B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching, with experience in a Coordinator/Senior Teacher role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education and child-centred teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-management skills.
• Creative, organised, patient and passionate about working with young children.
• Ability to effectively handle parents, teachers and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
• Guide and mentor Pre-Primary teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and activity-based learning.
• Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson plans, assessments and student progress.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Promote play-based, experiential and child-centred learning practices.
• Plan and coordinate activities, celebrations, assemblies, events and special programmes.
• Maintain academic records, student portfolios, planners and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and address academic or developmental concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the Principal and Academic Team for smooth functioning of the section.
• Ensure classrooms are safe, hygienic, well-organised and developmentally appropriate.
• Support teacher training, orientation and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, CBSE guidelines and academic standards.
