Job summary

Paradigm Ventures is seeking an experienced engine development leader in Bengaluru to drive the design, development and validation of new engine systems. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee testing to meet regulatory and quality standards.

You will also identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance overall engine performance across programs.

Qualifications

• 16-26 years of experience in engine development or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading complex engine projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of engine design principles, mechanics and materials science.

Responsibilities
