Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking a Plant Head to oversee the entire manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India. The role requires leading end-to-end operations, achieving production targets, maintaining quality, and driving operational excellence in a packaging-focused environment.

Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Plant/Operations Head role, and a BE/BTech in a relevant engineering discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations Management is an added advantage.
• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with minimum 5 years as Plant Head/Factory Head/Operations Head.
• Experience in flexible packaging, plastic processing, blow film extrusion, paper bag manufacturing or related packaging industries; export-oriented operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead production planning and control, process improvements, and maintenance.
• Drive EHS, cost management, and overall cost optimization.
• Manage quality management systems and compliance.
• Lead internal and external stakeholders and ensure statutory compliance.
