Nextenti Tech Private Limited seeks a senior leader to oversee hospital operations, patient flow, service delivery, and patient experience across OP, IP, Emergency, OT and diagnostics in a large multispecialty hospital.

You will drive operational efficiency, capacity utilisation, bed management and throughput, while ensuring quality, compliance and process improvement. 15+ years of leadership in a tertiary care setting are required; MBA/MHA or related postgraduate qualification preferred.

• 15+ years of leadership experience in a large multispecialty/tertiary care hospital.
• Strong exposure to hospital operations and managed care.

• Coordinate across clinical and non-clinical functions to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage capacity utilisation, bed management and throughput.
• Ensure quality, compliance and ongoing process improvement.

Qualification

An MBA / MHA / postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management is preferred.
