Job summary

Oswaal Books in India seeks a highly driven Recruitment Head to lead and optimize the entire talent acquisition function, across functions and leadership mandates. You will build strong pipelines, manage volume, campus and leadership hiring, and align hiring strategies with business growth.

Qualifications
