Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. seeks a DGM Quality to lead the on-site QA/QC team across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines. You will oversee daily quality huddles, implement QAP/ITP, and drive Kaizen-inspired improvements for defect reduction and process efficiency.

You will coordinate with vendors, architects, and contractors, supervise NCR management, and influence project handovers through thorough inspection and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading QA/QC in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and quality standards.
• Ability to develop and implement QAP, ITP, and inspection plans.
• Proven track record reducing NCRs and improving process efficiency.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Hands-on knowledge of pre-possession and pre-delivery inspections.

We're hiring for a DGM Quality role with a listed entity into real estate

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Ensure daily huddle with On site Quality (QA) & Execution (QC) team. Connect & remind them with HPE.
• 2. Develop +Measure adherence to Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), ISO 9001 QMS implementation and other relevant standards and codes.
• 3. Ensure Weekly Quality Walk on site to assess on going product and process.
• 4. Track and improve the efficiency of resolving Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by measuring the average time taken from identification to closure.
• 5. Provide vendor evaluations based on Quality Parameters to Purchase and Contracts for their quarterly/half yearly Assessment.
• 6. Provide design inputs to architects and consultants to simplify execution of components.
• 7. Train On site Quality (QA) & Execution (QC) team on their PE roles.
• 8. Working towards Zero defect product by ensuring effective pre-possession inspection and product excellence.
• 9. Perform pre delivery inspection at Manufacturing unit.
• 10. Drive continuous improvement in quality processes through Value Engineering and Kaizen methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure superior product quality.
• 11. Lead the team wholly and completely. Demonstrate visible leadership.
• 12 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire projects including certificates, test results, inspection requests reports & site inspection/observations for the closure of non-conformance and site instruction.
• 13 Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phase of engineering construction relating to civil, architectural and structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• 14 Developer method statement for the activity and inspection test plan and check list based on specification of the project Inspection of all materials as per ISO standards.
• 15 Raising NCR in case of non-conformance observed in the all daily activities.
• 16 Follow up for NCR closer with Vendors.
• 17 Day to day Quality problem troubleshooting with vendors processes at their end.
• 18 Regular conducting the onsite TBT of each and every activities.
• 19 Carry out internal audit at the site.
• 20 Certification of QC remarks on vendor invoice.
• 21 As-built drawings and project handover documentation.
