Job summary

Atomik Growth in Bangalore is seeking a delivery operations leader to run the podcasting division's end-to-end delivery for ~30 creatives and operators, connecting India with SF clients.

You will build scalable processes, lead and develop a high-output team, ensure insane quality and customer service, and bridge India delivery with SF clients while maintaining alignment with revenue growth.

About the Role

You run the operating system of our podcasting division. That means ~30 creatives and operators, some of the biggest shows in tech, and the processes that keep quality and speed high as volume grows.

We are dominant and moving fast. There is chaos to tame. You will build systems that let a division this size scale without breaking, while leaving room for creative work to stay great. Structure that serves the craft, not structure that strangles it.

Much of our delivery runs through our India team. Many of our clients are in SF. You are the connective tissue between them. The handoff stays seamless. The quality bar stays insane.

What you will do:

Who We Are Looking For

• Agency or studio operations leadership. You have run delivery at scale.
• Operator who builds. You have built and led a high-output team, with results to show.
• Strong project or program lead who has owned messy, multi-timezone creative work.
• Podcast or content production leadership on the ops side.

Whichever path you come from, you take a fast, messy, growing operation and bring order to it without killing the creativity. You know the tech world, or genuinely want to. Our clients are podcasts, VCs, and tech companies, and you need to speak their language.

Location

Hybrid. Bangalore in person is strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates who must work remote will still be considered.
