Job summary

Roanuz Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized Delivery Lead to own end-to-end project delivery across consulting and e-commerce work. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage client expectations, and drive product delivery on roadmaps while collaborating with engineers, designers, and product teams.

Why this role exists

We're at the point where great delivery needs dedicated ownership. We need someone to bring the structure and rhythm that keep multiple projects on track. You'll be the person clients trust and the person our engineers, designers, and product folks rally around. When a project is on track, it's because you made it so. When it's about to go sideways, you're the one who saw it three weeks out.

This isn't a status-report job. It's a 'make-things-happen job' and it takes someone deeply organized to pull it off.

What you'll actually do

• Own delivery, end to end. Multiple projects at once - consulting builds, e-commerce launches, integrations. Scope, plan, ship, close. You set the rhythm.
  
• Stay on top of the details. With several projects running in parallel, nothing can fall through the cracks. You track every deliverable, deadline, and dependency, keep documentation clean, and always know the status of everything without having to dig.
  
• Own the client relationship. Manage expectations, handle the hard conversations, negotiate scope changes without drama. Turn vague asks into clear plans.
  
• Deliver products, not just projects. Help ship our own payments and MBC-integrated tools alongside client work, product delivery on its own roadmap and release cycle.
  
• Ship e-commerce that works. Own delivery of Magento and headless platform builds, ERP integrations (MBC, Navision), payments, and omnichannel flows — from scope through UAT and launch.
  
• Own the process. Decide how each project runs - planning, check-ins, tracking and put the right practices in place to keep delivery on schedule and everyone aligned.
  
• Watch the numbers. Estimates, margins, utilization. Know where every project stands and flag risk early, not at postmortem.
  
• Hold the quality bar. You're the last line before it reaches the client. Enforce testing discipline, clean documentation, and delivery standards and don't let "done" mean "probably fine."
  

Requirements

• 5+ years running software consulting and/or e-commerce projects - real ownership, not just coordination.
  
• Comfortable spanning both client project delivery and product work, bonus if you've delivered payments, or ERP-integrated products before.
  
• Exceptionally organized. You keep multiple moving projects straight, structure information so anyone can find it, and stay on top of details without losing the big picture.
  
• You've juggled multiple client engagements at once and kept them all honest.
  
• Client-facing confidence - you can push back, negotiate, and keep everyone aligned.
  
• Fluent in the tools (Jira, Linear, Asana) and sharp on estimation and budgets.
  
• Enough technical fluency to hold your own with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
  
• Experience with distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
  
• Real ownership and a direct line to leadership - no layers to shout through.
  
• A genuinely varied project mix: consulting, e-commerce, API products.
  
• A tight India + Iceland team that ships and doesn't micromanage.
