Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and accountability for multi-entity programs, overseeing governance, planning, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.

You will coordinate senior stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure delivery of milestones and business outcomes across cloud, data, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program or portfolio management experience.

Job Summary

Provides strategic leadership and overall accountability for the successful delivery of the program across multiple entities and workstreams. Oversees program governance, stakeholder management, delivery quality, risk management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure achievement of approved scope, milestones, budget, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery and governance.
• Provide executive oversight of planning, execution, and quality assurance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance and drive successful delivery against objectives.

Must Have

• 15 + years of Program/Portfolio Management experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in governance, delivery management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Good understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, cloud platforms, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, ERP, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, and IT Operating Models.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.
• PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications.
