Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a mid-sized Indian manufacturer in the solar sector to appoint a Head of Process Engineering–Cell/Module. The role leads all process engineering activities within the cell/module manufacturing unit, driving efficiency, quality, and technology integration across sites.

You will guide engineering teams, analyse production data, and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in a fast-growing solar manufacturing

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in process engineering within the solar cell/module manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of cell manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
