Talent Toppers in Gurugram seeks a Head of IT Services to lead the technology function for a Big4 domain client. The role requires 15–21 years of progressive IT leadership, with senior responsibility in professional services settings and a track record in strategy, delivery and operations.

You will drive SAP/S4HANA and Oracle Fusion initiatives, cloud adoption, ITIL-based service delivery, cybersecurity and analytics, leading 50+ professionals and partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–21 years of progressive IT leadership, with 5–7 years in a strategic role in Professional Services.
• Enterprise-scale SAP ECC / S/4HANA leadership, including migration from other platforms.
• SuccessFactors implementation or operations experience in a large organization.
• Ownership of enterprise application operations, governance and service delivery.
• Cloud transformation sponsorship with Azure, AWS or GCP and collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Experience with AI, automation or digital initiatives delivering measurable business value.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk and compliance orientation; ITIL certification preferred.
• Regular engagement with CXO stakeholders and executive communication excellence.

The firm is seeking a visionary, results-oriented Head of IT Services to lead its technology function, drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless operation of critical systems.

The Opportunity

A critical leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, delivery and operational excellence of the IT landscape – enterprise applications, IT infrastructure and service management. The ideal candidate has headed technology within a professional services organization and can drive innovation, operational efficiency, business growth and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic IT Leadership & Vision

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the firm's business goals, growth ambitions and professional services model.
• Act as a key technology advisor to the CIO and technology leadership team, influencing strategic decisions.

Enterprise Applications & Professional Services Domain

• Oversee strategy, implementation and optimization of core enterprise applications supporting professional services operations and delivery.
• Deep understanding of PPM, Resource Management, Time & Expense, Billing, CRM and financial processes in a services context.
• Strategic experience with SAP (S/4HANA for Services preferred) or Oracle Fusion (PPM, Financials, HCM, Supply Chain); SuccessFactors exposure is key.

IT Infrastructure, Networks, Security & Cloud

• Lead strategy for secure, scalable on-premise and cloud infrastructure and corporate networks across dispersed teams.
• Drive cloud adoption (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), optimize cloud spend and ensure security in hybrid / multi-cloud environments.
• Oversee incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity; ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance.

IT Service Management & Operational Excellence

• Implement and mature ITSM frameworks (ITIL) – incident, problem and change management.
• Establish and monitor IT KPIs, driving continuous improvement in service quality, reliability and user satisfaction.

Business Acumen, Data & Analytics

• Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Client Delivery to translate needs into value-driven solutions.
• Champion BI and analytics on key services KPIs – utilization, project profitability, revenue assurance, client satisfaction.

Digital Transformation, Employee Experience & Innovation

• Lead large-scale digital transformation across business functions.
• Oversee HR platforms and employee-facing systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate and integrate Enterprise AI, ML, RPA and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (Power Apps, OutSystems, Appian).
• Provide executive oversight of all IT projects and programs; enforce robust portfolio management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT organization of 50+ (employees and partners) across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IS, Business or related field; MBA / Master's preferred.
• 15–21 years of progressive IT leadership, with 5–7 years in a strategic role (CTO / Head of IT Services) within a Professional Services organization (mandatory).
• Enterprise-scale SAP ECC / S/4HANA leadership (implementation, transformation or support), including migration to SAP from other platforms.
• SuccessFactors implementation or operations for a large organization.
• Ownership of enterprise application operations, support, governance and service delivery.
• Sponsorship of cloud transformation / migration programs (Azure, AWS, GCP) and close work with infrastructure teams on cloud, workplace, network or data center modernization.
• AI, automation or digital initiatives that delivered measurable business value.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk and compliance orientation; ITIL certification preferred.
• Regular engagement with CXO stakeholders (CIO, CFO, CHRO, COO, CEO) and exceptional executive communication.
