Mags Consulting in Coimbatore, India is seeking an experienced HR and operations leader to manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

The role requires developing and maintaining HR policies, SOPs and organizational frameworks, along with leading talent acquisition, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance systems. You will drive HR analytics, HRMS projects and stakeholder collaboration to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR and business operations.
• Experience in IT/ITES or technology-driven organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
• Experience in organizational development, process management, and performance systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People) is an advantage.
