Job summary

Aditya Group seeks an experienced Head of Hospitality Operations to lead and optimize our hospitality and restaurant business across multiple outlets. You will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experience while guiding teams and maintaining high standards.

The role requires 12+ years in multi-unit hospitality, strong P&L, cost control, inventory and leadership skills, with willingness to travel across outlets in India.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in hotel/hospitality or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in multi-unit hospitality operations.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, inventory and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel across outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across all hospitality outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and growth plans.
• Monitor outlet-wise sales, profitability, food cost, labour cost, wastage, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure consistent standards of food quality, service, hygiene, safety, ambience, and customer experience.
• Review outlet performance through MIS, audits and business reviews.
• Identify underperforming outlets and implement corrective and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with F&B, Kitchen, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive manpower planning, productivity, training, performance management, and leadership development.
• Ensure effective inventory management, procurement controls, stock accuracy, and wastage reduction.
• Handle customer feedback, escalations, service recovery and crises effectively.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, checklists, compliance standards and internal controls.
• Support new outlet openings, expansion projects, process implementation and transitions.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and management reviews to ensure discipline and compliance.
• Provide strategic insights and regular business updates to senior management.

Experience & Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B, or multi-unit operations, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large operational teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, manpower cost, inventory, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel across outlets as required.
