Job summary

Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader to head the Medical Coding Operations, overseeing end-to-end RCM processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and productivity across multi-specialty coding domains.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and CXOs, drive SOPs, governance, and AI-enabled automation to transform operations, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver client value with rigorous KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Medical Coding experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the complete RCM lifecycle: Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Billing, Denials, AR.
• Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, NCCI Edits, payer guidelines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Coding Operations and department performance.
• Drive coding quality, compliance, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with CEO, CXOs, department heads, and clients on strategic and operational objectives.
• Provide multi-specialty coding leadership across Orthopedics, Pain Management, General Surgery, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, OBGYN, ENT, Ophthalmology.
• Ensure effective inter-department coordination with Billing, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR, Denials, and Compliance teams.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage client relationships, business reviews, escalations, and quality discussions.
• Implement technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive process automation and AI initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, audit mechanisms, and accountability frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Medical Coding Operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Medical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), client management, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role requires close collaboration with the CEO, CXOs, clients, and cross-functional departments to drive quality, compliance, productivity, and business growth.

• Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, NCCI Edits, payer guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong team leadership, people management, SOP development, and change management skills.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, CXOs, business leaders, and key clients.
• Exposure to coding automation, AI tools, and operational transformation initiatives.

Preferred Certifications

• CPC, CCS, CRC, COC, CPMA, or equivalent AAPC/AHIMA certifications.
