Job summary

Asprcm Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Coding to lead multispecialty medical coding operations in our Tamil Nadu team. The role requires driving performance, maintaining high coding quality and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in Medical Coding/RCM, hands-on leadership, and strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HCC. CPC/CCS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding/Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Multispecialty coding operations experience.
• Leadership in Senior Manager/Operations Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multispecialty medical coding operations.
• Mentor coding managers, team leaders, auditors and staff.
• Drive KPIs: productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT and SLA.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and audits.
• Manage client relationships, escalations and requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and quality metrics.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large coding teams, driving operational performance, maintaining coding quality and compliance, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end multispecialty medical coding operations.
• Manage and mentor coding managers, team leaders, auditors, and coding professionals.
• Drive operational KPIs including productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, and relevant coding guidelines.
• Monitor coding quality and audit performance and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Manage client relationships, escalations, reviews, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, productivity reports, and quality metrics.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, training, and career development.
• Support new process transitions, client implementations, and business ramp-ups.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance, data security, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business and operational goals.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding / Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong experience in multispecialty coding operations.
• Proven experience in a Senior Manager / Operations Manager / equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, and coding compliance.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple coding processes/accounts.
• Strong understanding of quality, productivity, audits, SLA, and operational metrics.
• Excellent client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• CPC / CCS / equivalent certification preferred.
