Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our Cold Extrusion and Powder Metallurgy businesses in India. You will drive revenue growth, manage OEM and Tier-1 relationships, and expand domestic and international markets across automotive and related segments.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in automotive component sales, marketing and business development, with deep expertise in Cold Extrusion and Powder Metallurgy, and a proven track record in strategic account management, negotiations,

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in automotive component sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong domain expertise in Cold Extrusion and Powder Metallurgy Components.
• Proven experience in managing OEM and Tier-1 accounts and winning new business.
• Exposure to export markets, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong leadership, technical-commercial acumen, and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, revenue growth, and profitability across domestic and export markets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• Develop strategic business opportunities across 2W, 4W, CV, EV, off-road, and non-automotive segments.
• Lead key account management, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to drive new product development and commercialisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives.
