Job summary

Amor Management Consultants seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Leader to drive production across OTC, Womens Hygiene and Beverage plants, ensuring output, productivity and equipment efficiency.

The role emphasizes Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and TPM for uptime, OEE, and capacity expansion through new facilities, automation and commissioning, with strict adherence to WHO-GMP, ISO, HACCP, AYUSH standards.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical or B.Pharm with relevant FMCG/pharma experience.
• 15 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Hygiene sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory frameworks, and SAP QM/PP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Production Excellence: Drive production across OTC, Womens Hygiene and Beverage plants, ensuring output, productivity and equipment efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Implement Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and TPM to reduce downtime, waste and improve OEE.
• Projects & Capacity: Lead new facility setups, automation projects, line expansions and commissioning.
• Quality, Compliance & EHS: Ensure adherence to WHO-GMP, ISO, HACCP, AYUSH and EHS standards, with focus on zero accidents and minimal complaints.
• Cost & Supply Chain: Manage OPEX/CAPEX, optimize manufacturing costs and ensure efficient RM/PM availability and inventory control.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Maintenance and QA, while developing shop-floor capabilities.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: B.E. in Mechanical, or B.Pharm
• Experience: 15 years of manufacturing experience in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Hygiene (Sanitary/Diaper) industries.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth understanding of automated machinery calibration, PLC systems, and packaging lines.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP (Production Planning & Quality Management modules).
• Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic/Pharma regulatory frameworks and GMP documentation standards.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capability, strong negotiation tactics, problem-solving mindsets, and cross-departmental coordination
