Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking and IT Operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN and network security.
• Experience with data centers, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or VMware are advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head IT Infrastructure & Networking to take ownership of the organizations IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, data center, cloud, security, and IT operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT Infrastructure & Network environment.
• Design, implement and maintain robust enterprise network architecture.
• Manage LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN and network security.
• Oversee data centers, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, AWS and/or Azure.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security of IT infrastructure.
• Lead disaster recovery, backup, business continuity and infrastructure monitoring initiatives.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation and technology transformation projects.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, firewalls, access management and network security.
• Lead internal IT teams and ensure effective delivery of infrastructure services.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, SLAs, contracts and escalations.
• Develop infrastructure budgets, capacity plans and technology roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, processes and best practices aligned with ITIL.
• Handle critical incidents, root-cause analysis and problem management.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking and IT Operations.
• Strong experience in enterprise network architecture and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN and network security.
• Experience with data centers, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong exposure to AWS/Azure, VMware/Hyper-V will be an advantage.
• Experience managing infrastructure teams and technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of IT security, DR, backup and business continuity.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to execution.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Azure or VMware will be an added advantage.
