Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Define and execute the organization's technical vision and roadmap.
- Lead Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Support Teams.
- Drive innovation in IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Ensure adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
2. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Review and approve technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, HLDs, LLDs, and solution documents.
- Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
3. Project Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project reviews and technical audits.
4. IT Infrastructure Management
Provide technical leadership for:

5. ELV & Smart Infrastructure
- CCTV Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- Video Door Phones
- Public Address Systems

6. Customer Engagement
- Act as the highest technical escalation point.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Support key client presentations and demonstrations.
7. Pre-Sales Support
- Provide technical support during pre-sales activities.
- Participate in RFP/RFQ/Tender responses.
- Prepare technical compliance documents.
- Validate solution costing and commercial feasibility.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners.
8. Team Management
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and technical competency assessments.
- Identify training and certification requirements.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Maintain relationships with major OEMs including:

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Develop technical SOPs and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic technical reviews and audits.
11. Financial Responsibilities
- Review project profitability and resource utilization.
- Optimize technical costs.
- Support budgeting and annual planning.
- Improve operational efficiency and delivery margins.

Experience
- 15–20+ years in IT Infrastructure, System Integration, or Managed IT Services.
- 8–10+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
- Experience handling enterprise, government, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, and education projects.
- Proven experience managing large technical teams and multi-location operations.
