A leading food company in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior leader to drive innovation and new product development in the Food & Beverage space. The role requires steering projects from concept to launch, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and external partners such as startups and institutes.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in food technology, consumer insights, and commercialization, with a strong ability to forecast trends and translate them into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years of experience in Food & Beverage R&D.
• Experience leading innovation or new product development teams.
• Strong understanding of food technology, product development, consumer insights, and commercialization.
• Ability to identify future trends and convert them into business opportunities.
• Exposure to AI/ML and digital innovation in product development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Look for new consumer trends, market gaps, and emerging technologies.
