Job summary

Prominent Consultant is seeking an experienced R&D / Food Technology professional with a strong techno-commercial background for a leading organization in India. You will lead R&D activities, formulate products, and drive new product development while collaborating with Production, QA, Marketing and Technical Sales teams.

Qualification includes a Master's degree in Food Science/Technology, preferably with education completed in the UK or an international institution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Education completed in the UK or a similarly recognized international institution is mandatory.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant R&D experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong techno-commercial and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of food formulation, laboratory techniques, product trials, and regulatory requirements.
• International client or global market exposure will be an added advantage.
