Job summary

Kive Consultancy in India is seeking an HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function for a process manufacturing company in healthcare. You will drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance management.

The role covers learning and development, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR policy with a strong focus on aligning HR strategy to business goals across multiple locations including Noida, Hathras, Hyderabad, Kanpur and Lucknow.

Qualifications

• 11-20 years of HR leadership experience.
• Healthcare process manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete HR function with strategic alignment to business goals.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
