Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition and manpower planning for the Mumbai region within a heavy industrial construction EPC environment. The role provides strategic and hands-on HR support to the Regional Head and project leadership.

You will oversee HR operations, performance management, training, and employee engagement while guiding a 4-member HR team.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 10+ years HR experience, preferably in HRBP/HRBU roles
• Construction/infrastructure industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower planning and end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Mumbai Region, including project hiring and talent pipeline development
• Partner with the Regional Head and project leaders on workforce planning, organisation structure and people-related business requirements
• Lead HR operations across the region and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes
• Drive performance management, including goal setting, reviews, performance improvement and talent development
• Identify and drive training, capability building and OD initiatives aligned with business needs
• Ensure regular employee connect and engagement through interaction with employees and project teams
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances and other people-related matters
• Lead and develop a 4-member HR team
• Undertake regular site visits across Mumbai and nearby locations to address project HR requirements

Location- Fort, Mumbai/ Vidyavihar West, Mumbai

Industry- Industrial Construction/ EPC Company

Mode of Work- Work from Office only

Working- 6 Days Working with 2nd & 4th Sat Off and 1st & 3rd Sat half day, Sunday Off.

Working Time- 10-7 PM

Role Purpose

To lead HR Business Partnering for the Mumbai Region and provide strategic and hands-on HR support to the Regional Head and project leadership. The role will have significant responsibility for Talent Acquisition and manpower planning, along with overall HR operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive manpower planning and end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Mumbai Region, including critical/ project hiring and talent pipeline development Major Responsibility

Candidate Profile

• MBA/ PGDM HR with 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBU/ HRBP role.
• Mandatory construction/ infrastructure industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and manpower planning.
• Good understanding of project-based HR and construction site environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Mumbai-based with good understanding of the local talent market.
• Willingness to undertake regular project/ site visits.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within one month will be preferred.
