Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Drive workforce planning across corporate offices, branches, and sites to ensure timely manpower availability and improve productivity.
• Lead talent acquisition for frontline and managerial positions, building scalable sourcing channels and reducing turnaround time.
• Own attrition reduction and employee retention initiatives, analysing trends and implementing practical solutions for workforce stability.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, contract labour regulations, and employment standards across all locations.
• Manage employee relations, handle escalated grievances, and strengthen communication between corporate HR and field teams.
• Drive performance management, capability building, and training initiatives to foster a performance-oriented culture.
• Establish HR dashboards and analytics to monitor headcount, recruitment, attrition, and manpower costs for informed decision-making.

Position Overview

The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function, working closely with the CEO and business leadership.
