Finance Head – Looking candidate from product based organisation only

Responsibilities

• Advisor to the Leadership team members on all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding
• Preparing and implementing Financial Plan and Budget, (top-down and bottom-up) and stretch wherever there is opportunity; allocate budget to different business units
• Own the fund raising process through PEs, Banks, Notes, NBFCs etc.; manage relationship with investors /lenders, maintain and grow existing and new partnerships with the banking community, financial analysts and shareholders in conjunction with the BoD
• Supervise preparation of Balance Sheet, Profitability Statement and Annual Reports
• Control the cash flow position throughout the Company, understand the sources and uses of cash, fund raising and maintain the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents; proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment.
• Design and ensure adequate control processes & procedures, implement various managerial controls metrics, forecasting, budgeting, cost control and variance analysis.
• Drive cost efficiencies across the organization by leading a cross-functional Cost Effectiveness Programme that covers Operating Expenses, People Expenses and Overheads.
