Role Summary

The Business Finance Head will be responsible for managing the entire revenue side of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and Balance Sheet items, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves closely collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive financial performance, optimize revenue streams, and enhance overall business outcomes. The individual will play a key leadership role in aligning financial objectives with business strategy while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead financial planning and analysis for the revenue side of the business, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Revenue Management: Oversee and optimize revenue streams, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
• Revenue Management: Monitor key financial metrics related to sales, margins, and working capital.
